Kurt joined the Waters & David team in 2011. Kurt earned a degree in Communications from the University of New Orleans and lives in his hometown of New Orleans. He serves on the board of the National Marine Representatives Association. He services accounts in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Texas, and the Florida panhandle.
Chris Kelly

Chris has been with Waters & David since 1997. For the ten year period prior to that he was involved in offshore oilfield and marine equipment sales. While attending Southeastern Louisiana University, Chris studied Business Management and Marketing. He is a past president of the National Marine Representatives Association. Chris’ territory includes Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast from the panhandle of Florida to Houston.
Clayton Smith

Peter Waters
Founder
Peter started his career as a Manufacturer’s Representative with the Waters Company in 1981. Prior to that, he worked in marine parts distribution. He is a past president of the National Marine Representatives Association. A native New Orleanian with extensive boating experience, Peter is a graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
Bert David
Founder
Bert started his career as a Manufacturer’s Representative in 1946. He began with lines focused in the automotive industry, and eventually crossed into marine and trailer as many manufacturers’ products fit into those markets as well. Bert and Peter merged to form Waters & David in 1991. Bert retired in 2000 and lives with his wife in Dallas, Texas.
